This article describes how to use the Customer Portal to renew domains you have purchased from Marketing One.

RENEWING A DOMAIN NAME

To renew a domain that you previously purchased from Marketing One, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
2. On the menu bar, click Domains, and then click RENEW DOMAINS:
3. In the domain list, select the check box for the domain that you want to renew:
4. Select the renewal length period in the list box.
5. Click Order Now to complete the renewal process.

CONFIGURING AUTOMATIC RENEWAL FOR A DOMAIN

For greater convenience, you can configure your domains for automatic renewal. When automatic renewal is enabled, Marketing One automatically sends you a renewal invoice 7 days before the domain expires. This provides you with enough time to complete the renewal process before domain expiration.

To configure automatic renewal for a domain, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
2. On the menu bar, click Domains, and then click MY DOMAINS:
3. Locate the domain you want to configure, click the down arrow icon, and then click Auto Renewal Status:
4. The renewal status for the domain appears:
   • To enable automatic renewal, click Enable Auto Renew.
   • To disable automatic renewal, click Disable Auto Renew.
